HS GYMNASTICS provides gymnastics training programs for various skill levels. Our services include basic, advanced, and professional classes, as well as private lessons and special events.

3. Registration and Payment

To enroll in our programs, you must complete the registration process and pay the applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.

Registration fees and monthly tuition must be paid in advance. Late payments may incur additional fees. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.

4. Attendance and Cancellation

Regular attendance is encouraged for optimal progress. If you need to cancel a class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed classes without prior notification will not be refunded or rescheduled.

We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide alternative class options or credit for future classes.

5. Conduct and Safety

All participants must follow safety guidelines and instructor directions. Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to disrespect, bullying, or endangering others, may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

Parents/guardians are responsible for their children before and after class times. We are not responsible for supervision outside of scheduled class times.

6. Health and Medical Information

Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect their participation in our programs. We reserve the right to request a physician's approval for participation.

In case of injury during our programs, we will provide first aid and contact emergency services if necessary. Parents/guardians will be notified immediately.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of HS GYMNASTICS and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Participation in gymnastics activities involves inherent risks. By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge these risks and agree to hold HS GYMNASTICS harmless from any claims arising from participation in our activities.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or participation in our programs.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
